• It's size makes it fit just about anywhere, so you don't really need to wear a specific pair of pants to accommodate the knife. 
• It's also safe, as no amount of trying to "make it open accidentally" will work. Once it's locked, it's tight and secure.

Cons

• The price is a bit of a double-edged sword, so to speak. Though it's a high quality product and fairly priced as a result, the problem is that most people may find that price a little too much for them.
